Nyeri lady set to tie the Knot with Man who borrowed her Earphones in 2015

Nyeri lady, Patience Mukiri has shared her joy with fans on Twitter as she’s finally set to tie the knot with a man who borrowed her earpiece five years ago.

In what look like fate brought Ms Mukiri and the love of her life through kindness which later turned out into friendship and now love, the two have been patience with each other proving that God’s time is the best.


Taking to social media, Mukiri recounted how they met at Kiambu during a road trip that was organized by Patience’s peers from Nyeri County.

Paul Njenga, then a stranger to her who was also among those part of the road trip borrowed her earpiece while on the way back to Nyeri.

According to her, Njenga never returned it back and when they made a week later in Nyeri, she asked him why he took her earphones.

Paul offered to apologize to her with a cup of coffee since it was 5 pm.

Patience adds that the coffee gave them an opportunity to know each other and confesses how she fell in love with him but was afraid to show him.

They became friends and have been going on road trips together since travelling and touring is their mutual hobby.

In December 2019, while on a trip to Tanzania, Paul proposed to her, a moment she says she had been waiting for since he apologized with a cup of coffee.

The two will be officially pronounced husband and wife on 25 October.
