Elizabeth Michael Blames God for Getting her Jailed Over Boyfriend’s Death

Elizabeth Michael popularly known as Lulu has said it was God’s plans when she was imprisoned over the death of her boyfriend, actor Steven Kanumba.

Speaking during a cooking show interview with Wema Sepetu, Elizabeth said she does not regret what happened to her saying the Lord planned to change her for the better.

She pointed out that domestic violence gave her a turning point in life after she was found guilty in the case involving the murder of her boyfriend.

In a video shared on Instagram, Elizabeth narrated how violence meted on her by her former lover Kanumba led to her imprisonment.

In 2017, Elizabeth Michael made headlines following the murder of actor Stephen Kanumba where she was the main suspect and was later slapped with a two-year jail sentence.

“I have no regrets no have on what happened. I believe God planned to change me for the better,” she said.

Kanumba and Elizabeth started dating back in 2012 and during the investigations into the death of Stephen, it was revealed that their relationship had not been doing well and was occasioned by physical assault and violence.
